Emaar Commercial Leasing manages the leasing of the company’s flagship commercial assets including Emaar Square and Emaar Business Park. Emaar Business Park is one of the first commercial property developments by Emaar. Located centrally by Sheikh Zayed Road, Emaar Business Park is also in close proximity to Dubai Internet City and Dubai Media City. Dubai Metro connectivity has enhanced the value of the towers, which feature fully-fitted offices with all amenities including high-speed internet connectivity, video conferencing facilities and central satellite TV services.
